Denise R. Langweber received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 1982. Now exclusively practicing real estate law, representing purchasers, sellers and lenders, Denise had previously maintained a general law practice, in Nassau County, during which time she has handled real estate, matrimonial, estate and business matters. Denise is the former real estate counsel to the NYC Sergeant's Benevolent Association. For most of her practice, she had also served as a Law Guardian in Nassau County, representing children, in Family and Supreme Court proceedings, and has argued before the New York Court of Appeals. Denise has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, an award issued by her peers for the highest professional excellence. Voted Best Lawyer and Best Law Firm by the Long Island Press two years in a row, she is a member of the First American Title Insurance Company of New York Advisory Board, is a past President of the Wantagh Chamber of Commerce, and a past member of the board of the Nassau County Firefighters Museum.

Laurence M. Langweber has been admitted to the Bar since 1982, having received his juris doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and a bachelors degree in finance and marketing from Lehigh University. Laurence serves as business consultant to the firm and devotes the remainder of his time to related real estate holdings. Laurence is also a licensed real estate broker.

Admitted in both New York and Illinois, Rebecca is a graduate of Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University. Rebecca is the former co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's Real Property Committee, and former Director to the Board of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Annabelle Rosenzweig

Annabelle obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from C.W. Post and has worked in the field of Law and Healthcare management for more than twenty years. She has extensive knowledge of all lender settlement and is particularly experienced in co-op lender closings. In addition, she has the valued ability of fluency in Spanish. Annabelle is a Notary Public.
Olivia Matera
Paralegal
Olivia is a graduate of James Madison University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly after, Olivia completed the ABA-approved Paralegal Certification Program administered by Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. Olivia is a Notary Public.
